If the seller isn’t giving you any original disks, then it’s pirated. Also, if there’s a hardware problem with that mac, all the software installs in the world won’t help. Why would someone sell a mac for that price and spruce it up with all that stuff? Tread carefully mon frere.

If the macbook is in nice condition with no probs and not very old, who cares about the software. For 500 bucks you could do a lot worse.
