Question by :D :D :D : Are all fireworks in Connecticut illegal now?
i haven’t seen any kind of fireworks for sale for memorial day. not even fire crackers or sparklers.

My guess is anything other than common fireworks (sparklers, smoke bombs) have always been illegal. Perhaps they are just cracking down this year.

    Here’s what legal:
    Hand-held and ground based sparkling devices that are non-explosive and non-aerial, and do not contain more than 100 grams of pyrotechnic composition per item.

    So basically “safe & sane” fireworks.
